At a Glance

We produce digital content for DIRECTV staff training.

The Challenge

Produce interactive digital, didactic and motivational content to train any role within the DIRECTV organization.

Work Type

UX/UI Design, Instructional Design.

Our Approach

We always seek to satisfy the need for training from the management, paying special attention to capturing the interest of who will be trained. We study the content and offer instructional design proposals for it. The training is completed by developing interactive pieces with tools such as Captivate and/or Articulate.

The Results

DIRECTV outsources in IPH the generation of more than 1,000 hours per year of interactive training for all its staff
